Product Overview
The 2N6509G is a Reverse Blocking Thyristor/Silicon Controlled Rectifier designed primarily for half‐wave AC control applications, such as motor controls, heating controls and power supply crowbar circuits. It has small, rugged, Thermo pad construction for low thermal resistance, high heat dissipation and durability.

  • Glass passivated junctions with center gate fire for greater parameter uniformity and stability
  • Blocking voltage to 800V
